What We Offer

EverTrail provides desktop generated trail management reporting to support clubs and government agencies self-managing their Mountain Bike Trail Networks. Our Sustainable Trails Pathway includes 3 levels of reporting (Foundations, Core and Life Cycle) specifically designed to build knowledge and communication, strengthen funding applications and optimise the performance of the trail network long-term.
Our personnel are suitably qualified with years of experience and ready to provide the below reporting for your organisation. We welcome any general enquiries, please see our contact page.

Sustainable Trails Pathway

Our “Sustainable Trails Pathway” includes 3 levels of reporting (Foundations, Core and Life Cycle) enabling all mountain bike trail networks to be planned, managed and monitored like other high-value community, sport and recreational assets.

All reports are desktop generated. We communicate with you to collate the necessary information required to generate your Level 1,2 or 3 report.

Each level of our Sustainable Trails Pathway provides an increased level of planning maturity which can be appropriately matched to the needs and size of the trail network. The Level 1 Foundations report is an ideal starting point for clubs and government agencies wanting to establish their trail management needs. The Level 2 Core report generates your condition and performance reporting for the network. Finally, the Level 3 Life Cycle builds on the Level 2 Core report and includes a long-term cost forecast and strategy.

All EverTrail reports identify trail management improvement opportunities so clubs and government agencies can protect the trail network for current and future generations to enjoy!

Welcome to long-lasting trails, For-EverTrail.

Level 1 – Trail Management Foundations

For mountain bike clubs, the Level 1 – Trail Management Foundations report provides a great trail network overview to support communication between clubs and land managers, and also strengthen funding applications by demonstrating proactive trail management on behalf of your community. There’s an opportunity to document the work of your volunteers and start building a rich club history of sustainable trail management.

Clients of larger trail networks which may be regionally or nationally significant may decide to progress on to a Level 2 – Trail Management Core report.

Level 2 – Trail Management Core

For mountain bike clubs and trail managers/land managers actively managing and monitoring the long-term needs of their trail networks, the Level 2 – Trail Management Core report extends beyond Level 1 to generate your Condition Assessment and Inventory creation/validation. This report provides transparency of the total trail network and associated infrastructure which is useful for tracking changes made to the trail over time and reinstating trails after natural disasters.

Those responsible for managing trail networks of national and international significance may consider progressing to or skipping straight to a Level 3 – Trail Management Lifecycle report.

Level 3 – Trail Management Lifecycle

For the trail managers/land managers/asset owners who are responsible for the planning, managing and monitoring of larger public accessible Mountain Bike Trail Networks which are considered nationally or internationally significant, this report is for you. Includes Level 1 & 2 content + lifecycle renewal forecast. This report shares equivalent content typically found in Facility Reports and Asset Management Plans within asset management systems worldwide.

Our Lifecycle Planning report will improve the alignment of trail management to other core business activities such as strategic planning, long-term financial planning, asset management, service provision and other operational activities.

The Lifecycle Planning report is applicable from the early planning and design stages right through to existing assets and facilities. The report includes the necessary asset profile, condition, performance and renewal cost information to unlock more effective decisions today for greater value realisation over the long-term.

Sustainable Management

Trail and other asset types generally deteriorate over time as they are consumed through the delivery of services to visitors, the local community and user groups. Taking a sensible, proactive and planned approach to managing the trails assets will improve the overall performance and sustainability of the trail network.

New Trail Development

EverTrail can co-deliver lifecycle modelling and forecasting in synergy with the delivery of new trail developments. Reporting can include:
